We are also the home of the new Southwater Gym, our state of the art, 30 station Fitness Suite. Since its re-launch in October, utilising the newest top of the range equipment, we have had nothing but positive reviews from customers and local papers. We are now offering Inductions, Programmes, Fitness Testing, Personal Training and Specialist GP Referral schemes.
